Through years of improvements and innovations, we have mastered the techniques and developed a fully innovative in-house tool fabrication for creating a variety of metal structures, sheets of metals and other metal components that support the local Malaysian market as well as international countries’ market.
Our sheet metal fabrication processes mainly consist of super drill, CNC, grinding, wire cut, designer, and perforated tooling.
Drilling incredibly tiny holes in hard materials using a normal drilling machine is challenging and almost impossible. However, by using super drilling technology into our sheet metal fabrication processes, we can drill extremely tiny holes through metals, even hardened steel with ease.
CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) is a computerized manufacturing technique involving pre-programmed software and codes to control the operations of the production machine, including the cutting head speed, RPM, and etc. By implementing CNC technique in our sheet metal fabrication processes, we are able to fabricate the metals with great precision.
The horizontal spindle reciprocating table grinder is the grinding machine that we employ in our sheet metal fabrication. To achieve the desired surface result, our precision metal grinding techniques will remove undesired components from a workpiece.
One of the methods we employ in sheet metal fabrication is the wire cutting EDM machine, which allows us to form metals into components with sophisticated structures, accurate sharp corners, and tricky angles. With the high precision that wire cutting EDM machines are able to make, it has proven effective in the applications such as bushings, retaining rings, turbine wheels, etc.

We employ rotary pinned perforation rollers on our perforated metal machines. It has a huge cylinder on the outside with sharp, pointed needles on the outside to punch holes in metal, and it rotates to punch holes in the metal continually. This way, we can ensure that the sheet metal fabrication is being processed efficiently.
